How to Make an Exchange
With our Free Exchanges, Easy Return program, Old Blue is happy to provide a prepaid return shipping label within 30 days of purchasing.
1) Customers requesting an an exchange will receive a free return label.
2) Customers requesting a return for refund will receive a refund for the returned item(s), less any shipping fees (the initial shipping fee + $8 return shipping fee)
Step 1
Please go to our return form. You will need to fill out the form with your email address and order number. Please then submit the form.
Step 2
You will then receive an email from us with a pre-paid NZ post shipping label. Print the pre-paid shipping label, affix it to your package and schedule a NZ post pickup or drop it off at your local post office! Please note that the return label fee is $8, which will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges are free!
Step 3
When we receive your package we will process an exchange or issue a refund within 2 weeks of receipt in accordance with our policies.
